That is the only address for this site. There is no contact form, no live chat, no social account and no other inbox. If a message claiming to be from TradFi Desk comes from anywhere else, it is not us.

What we want to hear about

In order of how useful it is:

  1. A contract row that is wrong or out of date. The most valuable message you can send. Tell us the symbol and what is wrong with it — a leverage figure that no longer matches the parameters panel, a venue we have mislabelled, a launch time that does not match the announcement, a contract that has been delisted. If you have a screenshot of the live TradFi tab or the trading-rules panel, include it.
  2. A new listing we have missed. Binance has listed a batch roughly every two weeks through 2026, and our roster is assembled from announcements, so anything not announced where we look does not reach us. Please include the announcement URL or the Binance Square post. A symbol on its own is a lead; a link is something we can verify and publish the same day.
  3. An error in the mechanics explanations. The guides describe index construction, funding, mark price, margin modes, corporate actions and session handling. If one of them misreads Binance's documentation, or the documentation has changed under us, say which page and which paragraph. Point at the source you are reading; we will re-read it against ours.
  4. A correction to a calculator. If a formula in one of the five calculators is wrong, or an edge case produces nonsense, tell us the inputs you used and what you expected. Note that these are deliberately simplified approximations and are not Binance's own figures — a small difference against your exchange screen is usually the simplification rather than a bug, but tell us anyway and we will say which.

Plain typos and broken links are welcome too. Nothing is too small to be worth fixing.

What happens next

Corrections follow the policy set out on the corrections page, where every fix is also logged: we check the claim against the primary source rather than against our own earlier work, we fix what is wrong, and we say that we fixed it rather than editing it away silently. Where Binance and this site disagree, Binance is right and we are stale.

This is a small desk. Expect a considered reply rather than an instant one, and expect that we will go and read the announcement before answering.

What we cannot help with

Anything involving your Binance account

We have no relationship with Binance, no access to any account and no ability to escalate anything. Everything below has to go to Binance support, through the help centre in your own account:

  • Account access, lost passwords, two-factor problems or a locked or restricted account
  • Deposits, withdrawals, transfers between wallets, or funds that have not arrived
  • Identity verification and KYC, including documents and appeals
  • A disputed liquidation, an order that did not fill, or a position you do not recognise
  • Fee tiers, VIP levels, rebates and referral rewards on your own account
  • Regional eligibility — whether a particular contract is available to you
  • Anything at all involving money, because we never touch any

Never send credentials, API keys, seed phrases or identity documents to this address. We cannot use them, we do not want them, and email is not a secure channel. Anyone asking you for them in our name is a fraud.

We do not give investment advice

Plainly: we will not answer "should I buy X". Not for a specific contract, not for a size, not for a leverage setting, not for an entry or an exit.

This is not modesty or a legal reflex. Suitability depends on your income, your existing exposures, your tax position, your jurisdiction, your experience with derivatives and your capacity to lose the whole position, and we know none of those things about you. Anyone on the internet who answers that question without asking them first is not doing you a favour.

We will happily explain how something works. If you write and ask what happens to a position over a weekend, how a contract's funding interval changes its carrying cost, or how a 2× ETF interacts with a 25× contract, that is a mechanics question and we may end up turning it into a guide. What we will not do is tell you what to hold. See the risk disclaimer.
